ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michell Navarro - State Farm Agent, you will help our policyholders with their questions, provide information about their insurance coverage and assist customers with the claims process. If you enjoy working in a team environment while helping people and solving problems, this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Demonstrate clear communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while driving business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers and work with other agency team members
Proactive in problem-solving and strong ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
